For Masala paste

  • Cashewnuts 5 to 6 Nos
  • Red chili 4

For chicken curry

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ Tsp
  • Chopped Onion 1
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Tomato puree 1 Cup
  • Chicken Masala 1 tsp
  • Kaju red chili paste 1 cup
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp

Ingredients

For Masala Paste

  • 1 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • 4 Nos Red chili

For Chicken Curry

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi

Instructions

  • Heat a pan add Cashewnts and red chili and fry 5 minutes.
  • Then cool room temp & make a smooth paste.
  • Again Heat a pan add oil, add cumin seeds & sugar bay
    leaf fry just one minute.
  • Add Chopped onion, Fry till the onions turn deep golden
    brown.
  • Next add Turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt on medium flame cook until the mixture smells good and the raw smell goes away.
  • Add chicken and fry till the chicken turns white. Take
    around 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of water and mix well, chicken curry will become runny.
  • Then cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes on a low flame till chicken is the soft cook and chicken gravy turns thick.
  • Add cashew nuts & red chili paste and mix well.
  • Add garam masala and cover & cook 5 minutes on a low flame.
  • Lastly add coriander leaves and serve the hot chicken curry with Plane rice, roti or nan.

  9. Add cashew nuts & red chili paste mix well.
  10. Add garam masala and cover & cook 5 minutes on a low flame.
  11. Lastly, add coriander leaves and serve the hot chicken curry with Plane rice, roti or nan.
