Corn chaat recipe

Spicy corn chaat is a south and north Indian recipe. It’s a Spicy and healthy recipe. This recipe is good for Health. It is a starter recipe. It’s basically made with red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, onions, tomato sets. It is also a kids recipe.


  • Corn 3 Cup
  • Butter 1 Tsp
  • Chopped Onion 1
  • Chopped Tomato 1
  • Green Chili 1
  • Salt 2 Pinch
  • Chaat Masala 1 Pinch
  • Sev Bhujia
  • Peanuts
  • Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 Pinch


  1. Firstly, Hot the pan Boil 3 cups of sweet corn kernels in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Off the gas flame and drain the corn kernels and transfer to plate.
  3. Roast the corn kernels turn aromatic and flavourful.
  4. Corn kernels transfer to a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Add, Finely Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Green Chili, Salt, Chaat Masala, Sev Bhujia, Peanuts, Lemon Juice, Red chili Powder.
  6. Mix Well all ingredients are combined well.
  7. Finally, Transfer the spicy corn chaat into a paper Cup and serve Immediately.
