Corn chaat recipe
Spicy corn chaat is a south and north Indian recipe. It’s a Spicy and healthy recipe. This recipe is good for Health. It is a starter recipe. It’s basically made with red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, onions, tomato sets. It is also a kids recipe.
Ingredients
- Corn 3 Cup
- Butter 1 Tsp
- Chopped Onion 1
- Chopped Tomato 1
- Green Chili 1
- Salt 2 Pinch
- Chaat Masala 1 Pinch
- Sev Bhujia
- Peanuts
- Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
- Red chili powder 1 Pinch
Directions
- Firstly, Hot the pan Boil 3 cups of sweet corn kernels in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Off the gas flame and drain the corn kernels and transfer to plate.
- Roast the corn kernels turn aromatic and flavourful.
- Corn kernels transfer to a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
- Add, Finely Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Green Chili, Salt, Chaat Masala, Sev Bhujia, Peanuts, Lemon Juice, Red chili Powder.
- Mix Well all ingredients are combined well.
- Finally, Transfer the spicy corn chaat into a paper Cup and serve Immediately.
