  • Chicken Keema 250 Grams
  • Slice Onion 2
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  • Chicken Masala 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Aam Chur Powder 1 Tsp
  • Gram Flour 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
  • Baking Soda 1 Tsp
  • 1 Raw Egg
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Cornflour 3 Tsp

1. Firstly, take a bowl, into it add Chicken Keema.
2. Add Slice Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red chili Powder, Aam Chur Powder, Garam Masala & Chicken Masala.
3. Add Salt into it as per Taste & Mix Well. Rest for 10 Minutes.
4. Another take a bowl and Add Gram Flour, Red chili Powder, Baking soda, Cornflour, Egg and add salt as per taste.
5. Add Water and Mix all the Ingredients Well & Rest aside and Marinate it for 5 to 10 Minutes.
6. Add oil in a wok and heat it.
7. Add the chicken into the oil and deep fry them until they turn golden on a medium flame for 12 minutes.
8. Stir the chicken pieces up and down while Fry.
9. Remove the Fried Crispy Chicken Pieces From Oil to a Plate in which place the tissue paper to Absorbed the Extra Oil.
10. Serve With Tomato & Green chili Sauce and Kabab Mint Chutney.
