What is Egg Bejo?

These famous Burmese dish is made with eggs. Burmese egg bhejo taste so great when filled in as a starter. Customarily egg bhejo is presented with the or khow suey.

Atho is a zesty tart noodles dish made by throwing noodles with every one of the fixings. I will share atho formula soon on my blog. Egg bhejo has bunches of fixings stuffed inside bubbled eggs.

Ingredients

For 2 Eggs

  • 2 Numbers Boiled EGGS
  • 2 Tbsp Salt Water
  • 4 Tbsp Tamarind Water
  • 4 Tsp Slice Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Schezwan chutney
  • 1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Warmth some oil in a Kadai. Profound fry some cut onions until they are firm and earthy colored.
  • Profound fry some cut garlic until they quit sizzling.
  • To a similar oil, include dried red chilies until they change a tad in shading.
  • Spare a tad of the singed oil as we will utilize it later.
  • Expel the shell of a bubbled egg.
  • Hot the Pan and add oil, add Boiled Eggs. Fry Light Brown and Remove immediately on the Plate.
  • Move the chilled off red chilies, beat it a couple of times to make stew pieces.
  • To a bowl, include seared garlic. Squash it a smidgen. Include seared onions and squashed stew drops. Mix everything well.
  • Take a bubbled egg and make a cut in the middle part of the way through.
  • Stuff the onion/garlic blend in the cut without breaking the egg.
  • Include a couple of drops of saltwater, seared oil, tamarind water, and lemon water. Finally, decorate it with some coriander leaves.
  • Burmese style Egg Bhejo is prepared.
  • Now Serve.
