Paneer Hyderabadi Recipe

Paneer Hyderabadi is a Nawabi preparation of cottage cheese in the Spices. it is a Hyderabadi style recipe flavored with fresh cream. You must try for occasions like Lunch & dinners. It’s So Delicious and tasty Hyderabadi Recipe.

Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 Tsp
  • Slice Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger & Garlic
  • Kaju 8 – 9
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 Tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry powder 1 Tsp
  • Paneer masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Kasturi methi 1 Tsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tsp

Directions

1. Heat the pan and add oil.

2. Add Chopped Onions and tomato. Fry golden Brown don’t burn.

3. Add 2 cloves Garlic and1 small size Ginger. add Cashews and saute 5 minutes on medium flame. than cool room temp. and make a smooth paste.

4. The same pan Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp Butter. Add 1-inch cinnamon.

5. Add paste sauté 5 – 10 minutes on medium flame.

6. Add spicy Powder Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Curry powder, Paneer Masala, Gram masala mix well.

7. Cook 15 – 20 Minutes add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp Kasturi methi.

8. Put the Paneer cubes and stir. Add fresh cream and mix well.

9. Now paneer Hyderabadi is ready to serve with Roti and paratha.
