  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 6 Pieces Curry Leaves
  • 1 Bowl Boil Rice
  • 2 Bowl Water
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


  • Boil 2 bowls of water, add 2 cups of Rice and Cook. Drain water and cool 7 to 8 hours.
  • Heat the pan add oil, add cumin seeds, Jeera, Curry leaves sauté 2 – 3 Minutes on low flame.
  • Then 1 Bowl of Cook Rice add cold water.
  • Add curd, salt, add this seasoning. ( Curry leaves, cumin, seeds, Jeera)
  • Serve with veg or nonveg Like that Saag, Badi Chura, Fish, Aloo Bharta Etc.
